Instructional Video - Food Safety

This instructional video was created to compliment the annotated lesson plan. I decided to talk about some food safety guidelines and show students where to find these guidelines on the USDA Food Safety and Inspection website  You will find that during this semester I really ran with the Autumn Fruits and Veggies lesson plan and created my own lesson plan called the Autumn Food Festival.
